This is possibly the most important parenting, not just sleep, tip!
Take time for you.
Ask for help if you need it.
Do something nice when you when your baby is sleeping, relax, read a book or snooze.
Have chat, laugh or even cry with a good friend.
Don't try and be a super-parent and don't expect everything to be perfect.
If you do decide you need support in sorting out sleep issues at home, do get in touch. We offer a free 15 minute consultation over the phone, and a range of comprehensive support packages for sorting out any ongoing sleep problems.
