Have a united approach. If you have a partner, agree with them your plan of action and make sure you are both going to support each other in whatever your baby sleep plan may be.

It may be that you need to start sleep changes when you both have a few days off work. Also forget the ‘shoulds'; do what you want to do and feel comfortable with in regards to your baby's sleep. However you deal with it, it’s not a problem unless it is a problem for you.
