While most baby massage classes will have now returned to in-person sessions at local venues, there may still be some instances in which baby massage classes are being run online. Or, in a bid to make classes more accessible and low-cost you might be thinking about running classes online. This research was carried out in the wake of the Covid pandemic with the aim of understanding whether online infant massage classes are beneficial for babies and, in this case, their mothers.
As many of you will have discovered if you were running classes during the pandemic, there were benefits to be had and this research backs this up. Take a read and see if those in the study shared similar experiences to you and the families taking part in your classes.
