This question was asked at our November live Q&A session for To Baby and Beyond students past and present. Other questions that were asked are listed below.
Most participants in the group had tried general themes in their baby yoga classes - such as ‘On the Farm’ or ‘Under the Sea’ - but felt that it may be tricky to incorporate a specific book/story into a yoga sessions for babies. Stories are used in toddler yoga classes.
Older children in toddler yoga classes would be far more receptive to story themed sessions.
Other questions asked at our November Q&A session include:
- Do you know of any insurance providers in South Africa for a baby massage instructor?
- At what age should you stop baby massage and or baby yoga?
- Where do people buy their oil for baby massage classes?
- How have people made their online/Zoom baby massage and baby yoga classes more fun?
