Our baby sleep tip #6 is one that we hope you should be able to implement easily, if you're not already following it...

Have your baby fall asleep in the room he/she is going to sleep in.

For example, if your baby falls asleep downstairs, and you then carry him or her to their cot, when they come into light sleep in their cot or crib upstairs, they are likely to wake and wonder how they got there.

It's just the same as if you fell asleep on the sofa and woke up in a different room. It would feel strange and you'd wonder how you got there!. Your baby is no different.

Need help with getting baby's sleep sorted? We can help. We offer a variety of sleep support programmes, all of which are tailored to help you get more sleep as a family. Take a read here or get in touch to find out more.
