Baby Massage - Tiddlers
Tiddlers - Our popular 4 week baby massage course suitable for babies from 6 weeks to 6-7 months. This runs weekly, each session lasting 50 minutes. This baby massage course runs in Brighton and Hove, Shoreham, Southwick, and Worthing. This course can also be run from your home across Sussex.
Our 4 Week Course
The course will consist of four weekly sessions of around 40-50 minutes each, building up and covering (baby permitting!):
Chest, Stomach and Leg
Foot, Arm and Hand Massage
Hand, Back and Face Massage
Recap of full sequence and ‘Graduation’
Each week, there will be a chance for parents to discuss any issues they may be facing, and to support each other with ideas and feedback. Example topics may be ‘Colic’, ‘Crying’, ‘Cues’, ‘Sleep’ or ‘Parental Stress’.

We have small groups of parents and babies. Our groups are held in a lovely cosy warm rooms in baby friendly venues.
