This course is aimed at parents, carers and others wanting to learn the basics in life support skills in babies and children.
This course will teach you the emergency life saving techniques you will need if a baby, or adult child stops breathing, becomes unconscious or is choking.

Our aim is to run interesting and informative courses which combine therapy and practical activities to empower parents and professionals to feel competent and confident in basic first aid skills.
Sessions can be run during the day, in the evening or at weekends.
