This is a One Stop Saturday Morning Class run exclusively for

Dad’s and their babies.  Specifically for Dads who tend to work

Monday to Friday and are therefore unable to make the

week-day courses.

One Stop sessions held monthly on Saturday mornings. Dads will learn the principles of baby massage, a shortened version of the full body routine (one stroke for each part of the body).

Cost: £15

Includes: One Stop Dad’s Massage Sheet, Handouts, Massage Oil.

Sessions are held at Hove Therapy Centre 41-43 Portland Road, Hove or ‘At Home’ as requested.

Whilst we are all aware of the benefits of a

mother's touch through massage new

research now states that a father's touch

is just as important and equally essential

to a baby's well-being and health.
